OUR RETURN POLICY

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:

• ⁠Upon receiving your package, we kindly request that you record a single, unedited video of the unboxing process. Please ensure the video is taken without filters, edits, or color gradients.
• ⁠The video must be sent to us within 12 hours of receiving the package.
• The video should start from the moment you receive the courier, showing the unboxing process directly from the courier packaging.
• ⁠The damage should be clearly visible in the video. If the damage is not evident, the return request will not be applicable.
• If the item is damaged during shipping, we will only accept a return if the unboxing video is provided as proof of damage.
